The Order Process

How to order your next vehicle – step by step
From your first enquiry to delivery day, we’ll guide you through every stage. Here’s how it works.

Step 1 – Choose Your Vehicle

We can supply any make or model and quote for any optional extras or accessories you need. Whether you're after something practical or prestige, we’ll tailor your quote accordingly.

Step 2 – Establish a Credit Line

Before an order can be placed, a credit line must be approved – just like with any dealership. We’ll help manage this process with the relevant finance provider.

Step 3 – Place Your Order

Once you're ready to proceed, you'll send us a signed order form confirming the agreed rental terms.
Signed orders can be returned by post or fax (or by digital signature, if supported by the funder).

Step 4 – We Order the Vehicle

We’ll place the order with one of our trusted dealers. All vehicles:

• Are covered by the manufacturer’s full nationwide warranty

• Can be serviced locally

• Are supplied through our approved franchised dealer network

You benefit from high service standards and full dealer support.

Step 5 – Sign Your Agreements

Before the vehicle is released, you’ll need to complete:

• A contract hire or lease agreement

• A Direct Debit form to arrange monthly payments

We’ll talk you through all paperwork so you know exactly what you’re signing.

Step 6 – Delivery

Delivery is available nationwide at no extra cost.
A professional handover will be carried out by the delivery driver, who’ll walk you through the vehicle’s key features and functions.

Prefer to collect in person? Collection from the dealer may be an option, depending on location – we’ll confirm during the order process.
