Initial Disclosure Document

Our Services and How We Work

Key information about our fees, finance partners, and regulatory obligations

Your guide to our services, charges, and regulatory responsibilities

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is the independent regulator of financial services. The FCA requires us to provide this Initial Disclosure Document to explain:

·         Who we are

·         The products we offer

·         The services we provide

·         Any charges for our services

·         Who regulates us

·         What to do if you have a complaint

·         Your rights under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

What Services Do We Provide?

We will provide you with either:

·         Comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements, or

·         General information relating to finance products

To assess your needs, we may ask for information about your personal circumstances and objectives. It is important that you provide accurate and relevant information.

You will not receive financial advice or a recommendation from us, but we may ask questions to help narrow down the options available, so you can make an informed choice.

Whose Products Do We Use?

As an FCA-regulated credit broker, we can introduce you to a range of lenders who may be able to finance your vehicle and offer related products or services.

Commission Disclosure

We are a commission and fee-based organisation. This means:

·         We may receive a commission or other payments from the leasing company, funder, or dealership for supplying you with your chosen vehicle or finance product

·         This commission may be pre-set or variable, and may impact the monthly rental you pay

·         Commission is paid once your agreement is live and may differ depending on the funder or product

If you would like us to disclose the amount of commission we may earn, you can request this at any time
