To proceed with brokering a vehicle contract hire or consumer credit finance request, we are obliged to bring the following information to your attention:

Who We Are

We are Blue Chilli Car Contracts Ltd, trading as Blue Chilli Car Leasing.

We act as a credit broker, not a lender, for regulated contract hire and consumer credit finance agreements.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our FCA registration number is 653748.

We are also a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) and fully adhere to their Code of Conduct.

Commission Disclosure

We are a commission and fee-based organisation. This means:

• We may receive a commission or other payments from the leasing company, funder, or dealership for supplying you with your chosen vehicle or finance product

• This commission may be pre-set or variable, and may impact the monthly rental you pay

• Commission is paid once your agreement is live and may differ depending on the funder or product

• Full details of any fees or charges, including a vehicle sourcing fee or finance facility fee, will be clearly disclosed on your order form

If you would like us to disclose the amount of commission we may earn, you can request this at any time.

Do We Charge for Our Services?

Yes, in some cases. We are a commission and fee-based organisation, and our charges may include:

• Vehicle Sourcing Fee – £300 + VAT

This fee is for our vehicle sourcing service, clearly stated on your order form. It is payable immediately upon receipt of our invoice by bank transfer or by the card link provided.

•       Finance Facility Fee – £500 + VAT

This may apply to agreements involving longer manufacturer production times or deals where access to vehicles and rates are offered on a more limited basis. It covers the cost of securing a credit line for you or your business and will be clearly stated on your order form. It is payable immediately upon receipt of our invoice by bank transfer or by the card link provided.

•             Contract Extensions – £250 + VAT

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, this will apply to Consumers and Regulated Businesses for arranging a contract extension. It is payable immediately upon receipt of our invoice by bank transfer or by the card link provided.

• Vehicle Purchases – £300 + VAT

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, this may apply to Consumers and Regulated Businesses for services already provided. It is payable immediately.

• Cancellation Fee – £750 + VAT

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, this may apply to Consumers and Regulated Businesses for services already provided. It is payable immediately.

All charges will be clearly disclosed in your documentation.

Vehicle Availability

At Blue Chilli Car Leasing, we are committed to delivering excellent customer service:

• We make every effort to ensure vehicles are available at the time you complete your proposal

• However, vehicle availability is not guaranteed, especially during order processing or manufacturer delays

• If a vehicle becomes unavailable during this time, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives where appropriate
